Historic Downtown
Brick storefronts, the Bemis Library, and a light-rail stop. Best for buyers who want to walk to dinner and the farmers market.
Ken Caryl Ranch
Foothill lots backing to open space, with private trail access. Best for hikers and anyone who wants elbow room.
Southbridge & Columbine
Established streets near Clement Park and Chatfield Reservoir. Best for families who want mature trees and a school within walking distance.
Ridgegate / South Littleton
Newer construction near the C-470 corridor. Best for buyers who want low-maintenance and an easy Denver commute.

I grew up in Idaho, and Littleton wasn't originally the plan — it's where I landed to start a family and build a career I actually wanted. A few years in, this is home now, and I've put in the legwork to know it well: which streets flood in a hard rain, which schools have waitlists, and which coffee shop actually has parking.
